Access to and use of the App, along with all associated content and information made available through the App (collectively, the "Services"), are governed by the Terms of Service outlined here (referred to as "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the App, who are referred to as "you," "your," or "users." By accessing or using the App, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. Your use of the App constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms from the moment you first access the App. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable, you should immediately cease all use of the App. We, at Mynd Today Company, reserve the exclusive right to modify or remove content within the App at our discretion, without any obligation to notify users of such changes.

You agree not to use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App. This includes refraining from uploading or spreading any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code, and from undertaking any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the App or Mynd Today Company’s systems or networks.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these guidelines and acknowledge that any violation could result in the termination of your access to the App and potential legal action.

MYND is specifically designed to foster personal growth and facilitate self-realization among its users. It achieves these goals through a series of interactive AI-driven sessions that simulate meaningful communication and engagement. During these sessions, MYND processes various types of user-provided data, including but not limited to responses during sessions, inputs from participation in contests, giveaways, surveys, and real-time geo-location information.
The primary aim of gathering and analyzing such data is to tailor and enhance the user experience by closely aligning session content with the individual’s psychological and emotional context. This personalized approach helps in accurately assessing and responding to the user's mental environment, thereby optimizing the effectiveness of each session.
